Thoughts on disabled life

Part of what I’m doing by making videos is trying to shed some light on what disability looks like, in my case. Invisible illness/disability is quite a lot different than the ‘wheelchair user’ stereotype that immediately springs to mind. It affects how I spend my time (rest and exercise) and how I earn my way. It’s unconventional and, to be honest, without the support network of family and friends that I’m lucky enough to have, I’m not sure where I’d be.

Anyway, here’s part of a ‘normal’ day for me, feat. Oscar the dog and Patsy and Edina the fabulous guinea pigs.
